Which Firewall

  GuZ><0r 16:53 18 Nov 2005

I have tried Sygate personal but keep on getting problems. I have also tried Kerio and Zone Alarm but Kerio does not allow me on the internet and Zone Alarm will not install. Does anybody know of a free firewall that is good, or how to get Zone Alarm to install.

When I have Sygate, I get lots of IPNAHLP errors in the system log. I ahve googled the problem and a forum says Sygate is one of the problems.

A bug in how XP handles Network Address Translation (NAT) connections can randomly disconnect you from and incorrectly abort downloads midstream.

look for the new version of ipnathlp.dll, which has a file release date of September 1.
