Where to obtain VBA for Win98?

I've just started with VBA using a QUE VBA 5 book and a MS VBA v5 Learning edition CD both obtained from a second hand shop. I'ld like to get hold of a full edition programme but all the ones I can locate only seem to run on XP, 2000 etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I'm not sure that I can help with this but do you really mean VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) - part of MS Office - or VB (Visual Basic, for developing stand-alone applications)?

Sorry for the confusion - I meant VB for developing stand alone applications.
