Help, Help
This morning, I started up and every thing has gone back to the beginning.

Desktop photo has gone.. All the favourites (entered yesterday) have gone.. Outlook Express has GONE (after I started a new address book!) and I cant send photos , as it says its not the "defalt" email ??? The shared photo folder opens pics. in Nero and not in Picture and fax viewer as it used to. Cant update my blog from here .... Alan

See if you have a Restore point for yesterday.

question: Did you do a full re-instal from the windows cd or a system repair?
If it was a full re-install then you will have needed to re-install all programs that you had added and your backup files of your data files.
Also all details will be required to be done again ie, isp details etc. System restore can not undo a full re-install.

System Restore just went back to yesterday (at the same piont I am at NOW??).

the reinstall was from a recovery CD (Medion)

I am at the end of my tether (I am Disabled, so quite demanding things are a NO NO, and things like this dont help!!).

Is it possible just to create a new user account and delete the faulty one?
