Thanks for link, I hear conflicting reports on Dell and am not qualified to know which is correct.

De Marcus
Not heard of that company, know much about them?
I have started collecting LT quotes and am putting them on an Ecel spreadsheet so you can compare them on same page, any chance I could PM you for your comments?

Novatech are very, very popular amongst forum members and are a reputable firm.

Oh and by all means, just use the yellow envelope.

P.S. You'll get more responses if you post the details here.

Regards

If this helps in a recent article by that well known consumer magazine laptop reliability (not requiring a repair since Jan 2003)
Acer 91%
Toshiba 88%
Sony 88%
Dell 85% the rest are behind. The mag went on to recommend Dell Apple and Sony having regards to other matters including whether people would recommend the products to others.

Hi, I agree with De Marcus, I live not far from Novatech, have been in their shop/showroom/store.
Very helpfull staff and the place is cleaner than most hospitals. Always very busy.

Cheers
