When i try to open some programs this message come

When i try to open some programs this message comes up on screen.

'problem with shortcut' blah blah.....

even if I open them from ,start, all programs, etc.

What is the 'blah blah' part of the message?

hi, it also says.....
the drive or network connection that the shortcut'shortcut to music'(for example) refers to is unavailable. make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resourse is available, and then try again.

some one said download kernel32.dll, I have to desktop, but don't know where I am now.

Go to the .EXE file of the program and try running the program from there and if it works then make a new shortcut. If it fails to run from the .EXE file then uninstall and reinstall the program

is the .exe run from program files ?
