What is "wildapp.inf" and how do I get rid of it?

I've virus checked my PC using the McAfee online checker and it tells me all is OK but I have something located in windows\downloaded programme files called 'wildapp.inf which it advises I remove. The McAfee web site doesn't give any info about this file and I cannot locate the file anywhere on my PC, I have the box ticked so that hidden files should be shown, so I don't know why I cannot see it. I've looked in the properties dependancy tab for all the items in the downloaded programme folder but cannot see anything like this there either. Does anyone know what the file is or does or how I can remove it? I'm running windows 98 SE.
