What other files should I backup?

Hello all, I dont have equipment to do a complete drive backup or image but I do have a DVDRW that gives me 4.7GB of space.
Apart from the usual 'My Documents', address book, email, drivers and a full registry backup, What other files should I Backup?? Is there any adavantage for instance in copying my 'Windows' folder. I have a restore CD rather than a proper windows disk. In the event of windows failing, Would copying the windows folder from the backup be better than using the restore disk? Anyone know of any other files I ought to save?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

1 - do a clean install of windows

2 - update everything

3 - install your programs, data, etc

4 - install an imaging program

5 - create an image and keep it as a backup.

That might well take the best part of a day but you will have everything as you want it the next time a reinstall is necessary.
