What is my MotherBoard Spec

I am trying to find the spec for my motherboard (to see if I can update the processor). How would I find this info on my computer? Is it somewhere in system config?

Alternatively you could click Start/All programs/Accessories/System tools/System information which will tell you your motherboards manufacturer and model.

Then visit the manufacturers website and read up on your motherboard details there.
