What do I need to set up Sky wireless broadband

Hi,
A mate has asked me about wireless broadband. He's thinking of signing up with Sky, he's already with Sky for his tv etc. His computer is an HP Pavillion T3265 Desktop Win XP Home sp2. I've had a look at the spec sheets for it and cannot work out if it's wireless enabled or not. Apart from the wireless router would a usb wireless dongle be sufficient?

Cheers Chris.

Being a desktop I'd guess that it wasn't wireless enabled, so yes, a wireless router ans a dongle will do.

If he is going to use a USB adapter tell him to go for one on the end of an extention lead as you can move it around to find optimum postion for reception with the router.

He will need to connect to the router by wire to set up then unplug and use wireless.
