what do i do first?

hi can anyone advise please? i have just ordered a new graphics card a Radeon hd4350 to replace my onboard graphics a radeon 1200 series but i am not sure of the sequence for installing it, do i just plug it in and download the drivers then disable the old card from add remove or do i disable that first?then install the drivers for the new one

Open device manager, scroll through until you find the display adapter entry, right click and choose remove.

Shut down pc

Re-start but enter your BIOS screen (usually by tapping the DEL key whilst booting

Find the entry for your onboard graphics and set to DISABLE

Shut down

Install the new card

Reboot and install the drivers for your new card.

just one thing when i looked in add/remove there are listed ati catalyst control centre- ati registration- ati display driver do iremove them all?
