Hi,
this isn't a computer malfunction problem but my daughter has come home with some IT homework and would really appreciate a bit of help.
She has been asked to find out via the internet what the above 2 terms mean.
Both her and myself have tried but with no luck.
Does anyone know what they stand for?

Many thanks

EPOS - Electronic Point of Sale. What you put your card in at supermarket chechout.

ESTPOS will be some thing similar, I guess.

EPOS is Electronic Point of Sale terminals. That is a modern cash register.

If you mean EFTPOS that is Electonic Funds Transfer Point of Sale. These are the terminals used in shops for credit/debit card Chip and Pin transactions

Thanks all for the quick responses. I think she must have copied the second one down wrong.
