Would somebody please enlighten me as to what these type of files are and how do u actually run them?

I have come across them at one time or another and remember downloading one or the other at some point but wasnt actually able 2 do anything with them.

Bin files hold the data and cue files tell the program/burner how to read the data. Cue/bin files are disk mirror files. A supposedly exact mirror copy of a disc. You will need one each for each disc. Nero will burn them onto a cd. Find the function under file, burn image and then select the cue file.

You also can extract data/video with relative applications...?

You can also use isobuster to extract the bin files or daemontools to mount the bin files as a vurtual drive without the need to burn them on to a cd.
