I have a SMC wireless bb router,( Model: SMC7904WBRA-N). When trying to connect my Nintendo ds to it wirelessly, the ds tells me that i need to input a wep key. My router never came with a wep key although i know some do. D i have to have a wep key for both. How would i go about generating a wep key so i can connect to the router.

You need to go into the router's set up page and look for security.

You then generate a key, make a note of it and enter that key, when requested, in any devices you want to connect wirelessly.

On my Orange router the WEP key was printed on the bottom label. A good place to look for starters.
