Does anyone know how to do the navigation menus in a website?

For example when you click on the file menu in your browser it drops down and you can select an option.

Any websites that can offer help on building websites?

and a lot depends on your level of expertise, and the software you are using.

I'm guessing that you are a relative newcomer to site design (forgive me if I'm wrong), in which case you'll find literally hundreds of tutorial sites out there on the web.

You have to start somewhere however, so

I would like something Free and not something you have to download, I would prefer it to be a code which you can edit a little like the Javascript Kit and paste it into your site.

I am not exactly a newcomer and know html and use Microsft word to create the template then the rest is HTML I have done.

Thanks for the links!
