Webcam will not turn on

I have an MSI CR640, running Win7 64-bit - just over three year old (and just outside of warranty too). Anyway, I went to take a photo of myself using it's webcam/ camera for a document I'm making and it wouldn't turn on/ work, neither on downloaded camera programs nor on internet sites for such things.

Anyway, I couldn't find any drivers for it on the MSI site so I had a look on Google, with most links saying to go into Device Manager where I would find it. Here is the problem: I didn't find it there.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this?

Looks like you have lost the drivers- no driver disk with it?

does it have a S/N Device number on a sticker on the web cam ?

You can use this number to search for drivers this is how I found the drivers for my un-named webcam.
