Webcam quality

Leaving aside the Network connection speed is it right to say that the more frames per second a webcam has the better the quality will be?

Yes, but I use 15fps quite happily for normal video-conferencing (30fps is the standard).

It's really motion you mean I presume?

The slower the fps the more jerky the display; however, for normal online video-conferencing 15ps is adequate.
