Web Site Backgrounds

I know this might sound odd but anyway......

I would like a background for my website all I want is the type of background that has extremly thin horizontal lines across it to break up the colour. Im sure you know what I mean.

I have searched through thousands of web resources and I cant find it. All I get are these marble patterns and these weird looking patterns & shapes. Surely someone knows how to find a background like this or indeed construct it. Although I only have MS Paint I did try to make a background but it seemedimpossible.

Any Ideas

Surely if you wanna create your own colour, you only need to repeat a 1x2px background containing the 2 colours (e.g. red and light red) which will give the same effect and a VERY small filesize!
