Water cooling - how to change coolant

In February this year I purchased the following system from www,vadim.co.uk

1 x BFG Nvidia 8800 Ultra OC 768Mb PCIe HDCP
1 x OCZ DDR2-1000 2x2048MB ReaperX 4GB Dual Channel Kit
2 x 150Gb WD RaptorX 10000rpm 16mb SATA
1 x Pioneer 115DBK DVDRW Black OEM
1 x Supreme Cable Management and UV Modding - Blue and Red
1 x Red-LED fans
1 x Complex Custom Precise Machine-Cut Window
1 x LiquoCool Antarctic D (CPU+VGA+Chipset)
1 x Coolermaster Real Power M850W Modular PSU
1 x ASUS Maximus Formula (Intel X38 - 1600/1333 FSB)
1 x Intel Core 2 Quad QX9650 Extreme Retail (4x3.00GHz 1333FSB 12Mb)
1 x 750Gb Samsung SpinPoint F1 HD753LJ 7200 32mb Cache SATA II
1 x SONY-NEC Optiarc AD-7203A 20x DVDRW Black OEM
1 x Sony 3.5" Floppy Drive - Black
1 x Creative 7.1 X-FI ExtremeGamer Fatal1ty
1 x Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 32 bit DVD OEM
1 x Windows XP Professional SP2 OEM
1 x X-Image on 2.5" USB 120Gb HD and Genesis CD
1 x Safe Stable Overclocking (5-40% - CPU/VGA)
1 x Standard Build (5-15 working days)
1 x Deluxe 1 Year Collect and Return-Onsite Warranty (+1 year RTB)

Unfortunately the company has ceased trading, and my warranties are useless. The liquid coolant will need to be topped up\Changed over time, but I'm at a loss as to how to do it. The company stated they would do this annualy free of charge, only charging the in\out cost of deleivery. Now I'm stuck and I won't want to attempt it until I bone up on the procedures. Does anyone know of a useful site that explains this in jargon free English. I have googled without succsess.

Thats the site where I bought it, it's gone bust.

Fruit Bat/\o/\ some interesting reading, sounds like it's going to be a real pain. Maybe I will find a local specialist who can undertake the task.

Will leave this open for now in case any one can suggest more information

I'm staggered to hear that Vadim has ceased trading as I found it an excellent and very helpful outlet.

I bought a Twinhan PCI Freeview TV card from the company several years ago - it packed up after about 18 months and Vadim, despite the fact it was out of warranty, swapped it for the very latest Twinhan Digital+Analogue card free of charge.
