wanadoo mail rejects

  norming 16:59 04 Aug 2007

I send e-mails to my son virtually every day - many of which are rejected by his ISP ‘Wanadoo’. I sent the same message five times before it was accepted. I suspect the title I give to the message is what counts so avoid using a title which might have another meaning. He has sent a message of complaint to Wanadoo but it made no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what can be done?
I had the same trouble with NTL a couple of years ago but when I complained about it on this web site, it was noticed and action taken and have had no problem since.

I have a parallel problem. E-mails I send from wanadoo.fr to btinternet.com do not get delivered, and I receive no notification of error.I had a similar problem with many recipients a couple of years ago, but it disappeared eventually. The gossip at the time said it was politically inspired!?
