Vundu.Trojan. How to remove?

I have the Vundu.trojan on my computer. It has not been detected by A2, Spybot S&D or Avast. Because of the infection I am unable to get access to any sites that may assist in its removal.
Is there an easy, genuine way of removing this malware?

Thanks for the advice. Vundofix found six problems and removed them but this did not solve the problem. Mbam found one, but the problem persisted. I removed Firefox and IE7 with Revo, rebooted and ran Mbam again. This time it found 24 and fixed 24. I then logged off my account, and logged onto my partners, and ran Mbam and it found and fixed two. I then rebooted again and reinstalled Firefox. All nw seems to be well, touch wood.
Any ideas why it took several runs of Mbab to sort it out?

I think with MBAM that sometimes it finds stuff then requires re-boot to clear the offending item. I always routinely re-scan (quick) if this has happened, just in case. It's never found new items though whenever I've done this. Doesn't answer ur question though, sorry.
