voice-to-text

does anyone know of any voice to text software that translates to the international phonetic alphabet(IPA) (or a subset of it which covers English)?
I posted this question two days ago and got some replies which show that I did not make myself clear enough. I want voice-to-text NOT text-to-voice. I also do not want the usual commercial offerings which translate into the 26 letter Roman alphabet. English speakers make about 44 distinct sounds. These sounds each have a distinct IPA symbol. Commercial programs take the 44 sounds then try to represent them in the 26 letters. To do this they must try to disambiguate e.g. "I Scream" from "ice cream". I seek a program that simply translates to IPA and outputs it.

I thought I saw this post yesterday, and I thought I saw a reply too... how strange.
