voice activated mouse

I have a friend who suffers from parkinsons.is there any software to control the mouse by voice.This would make life much simpler for him.

Not a mouse but you can control your computer by voice using IBM ViaVoice or L&H Dragon Naturally Speaking.

MS Office XP has voice control of certain functions as well.

Voice recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking will allow a person to operate programs and dictate text or commands without the use of the mouse. See my previous thread below.

Mouse voice in google comes up with at least one click here
