hey

Birch Beech Cedar Pear Apple
Small £12.00 £15.50 £17.00 £10.50 £7.75
Medium £17.25 £22.25 £25.00 £16.00 £11.75
Large £22.50 £31.50 £35.00 £19.50 £15.00

im using a drop down box to get the price to change automatically for the different tree selected. but i also need the price to change when i change the size of tree.

using vlookup i have so far:

=HLOOKUP($A10,Sheet1!$A$18:$G$21,2,FALSE)

anyone any ideas? i was thinking about putting hllokup inside another hlookup or vlookup. if u know what i mean.

I have your table in A1:F4 (A1 is blank).

A10 = Item code

B10 = Size

Formula:

=HLOOKUP(A10, B1:F4,MATCH(B10,A1:A4,0),FALSE)
