Is the performance index stored in the registry? Ive had a gander but cant seem to find it, the reason being is it reports my score as 2.9 (everything is above 3.9 only ram scored 2.9) but another program reports 2.7.

If its in the registry i could check which is the accurate.

Cheers

do you mean you have looked in control panel> performance information and tools?

Your base score will always show the lowest until you bring the lower end piece of hardware in line with the rest.

Your true score will be the 2.9

yeah thats how i was trying thanks.

I do think 2.9 will be the correct score then, i just wanted to know if it stored in the registry or a file somewhere and check there aswell.

Cheers anyway
