Vista Computer Crashes

I built a computer for a friend a few months ago which has started to crash occasionally after being used for more than 3 or 4 hours. I thought it may be a C: drive hard disk problem and replaced it with a new one with no success and Speedfan confirms it is not a temperature problem.

Any ideas would be most welcome.

This is a screen shot of the screen when the computer crashes.
