Is this a virus. Recieved an e-mail from [email protected] saying a transaction was not approved, and it contains a zip fil TL- 0990214.zip which has TL- 0990214.exe in it. scanned with AVG Free and all is OK but should I open? Our bank provider only has that e-mail address and not Visa. Hotmail put it in my junk- enail. Should I open or not? Anyone elese got this kinda problem?

Visa issued a warning about a phishing email in September. click here

Opening attachment may cause damage.

Sounds like spam. Check email's "properties" by right mouse clickand you will then see address details of sender.

Same here - just deleted it.

I wouldn't open it. If you are concerned and have a visa card then I'd dig out one of your statements and phone them instead.
