virus/trojan attack

  ordep 13:39 23 Feb 2011

I've managed to pick up a virus/trojan of some sort.
Its masquerading as Microsoft Securities.
A pop up keeps appearing saying;

"Warning. Identity theft attempt detected.
Click to prevent attack."

I've run Microsoft Securities, CC & Malware.
But its still there.

Can any one suggest how to get rid of it.

That was quick, thanks chaps.
I managed to get this Trojan d/l a patch for Metro 2033, as was explained in the link.

All back to normal again.
Thanks again
