Virusburst?

Has anyone encountered, and successfully dealt with this little nasty?

I have a client with a problem, and although I could do a manual fix if I could get hold of the machine it's in Sydney, and I'm not flying all that way for an hour's work.

I need a reliable, downloadable fix tool.

All suggestions gratefully received.

I had the Bleeping computer link already, but not the PreciseSecurity one. The client's still sleeping peacefully right now, and he'll try the removal while we're asleep.

I'll get an update in the morning.
