virus removal

I have recently been infected by a virus, it has attached itself to c\documents and settings\ willirob \local settings\temp\ msn.exe, i have followed the instructions from symantec to remove it but alas i cannot file the file, i am using norton anti virus and have all the latest updates, could somebody please enlighten me as to how to get rid of this pesky critter, it name is msn.exe and it is adialer, i have tried to locate inthe registery but have not been sucessful. Anybody with any advice will be much appreciated.

"it is adialer" - anti-virus programs are not good at getting rid of dialers (or adware, trojans etc.).
