I regularly get a popup on toolbar which indicates spyware. I use Norton Internet security. This does not record in the alerts section. However, when I go to my computer/ settings there are 2 items there, one is winstall and the other is a number followed by exe. When I turn off and restart my computer they are generally gone. However they will be back the following day. Any ideas out there. Thank you

Thanks for that. I ran spybot and it did pick up some spyware. However, to clear the spyware out you have to purchase the sptbot product.
I am also wondering about any open ports that should be closed and how to do this. Any help greatly appreciated. The help forum is great. Many thanks
