Virus infection

I have some kind of virus on my PC...I think it's a keylogger, and it stops me accessing AV websites.

I have installed NIS however, I cannot authorise it, or run liveupdate, and so the virus list is well out of date...scans report no issues!

I have both Hijackthis and Combofix logs...but I can't publish them, as they exceed the limit of characters allowed here...

Any help would be great!

You need to post such logs at dedicated forums anyway, not here. click here

Get manual Norton updates, select the correct Norton Definitions here; click here

In addition, get this click here and download Superantispyware & Malwarebytes applications and definitions. Install, update (with the files you downloaded), reboot into safe mode and scan.

The Norton updates might not download if you're being prevented from accessing AV vendor sites, but the other two apps should help.
