Virus Help Again!

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my old PC. I had turned it into a home server, so I installed Avast! Free Protection as temporary while I found a paid-for solution. However, it is set to scan at midnight, so when I checked it up the following morning to read the scan reports, I was horrified to find the virus Win32:[email protected] residing in a file on my PC. I have been looking on the internet for the most of the day, and I can find nothing about this.

Can anybody help me please?

Avast will try to "clean" or you can move to Virus vault where it will do no harm or Avast will delete the file all of which solves the problem.

Thanks for speedy replies both of you.

The first one worked for me, but the second one has helped me to stop it happening again!

Thanks a bunch,

Will!
