virus and AVG

  shuggee167 20:29 24 Jun 2004

Whenever I scan for viruses with AVG it says it has found a virus which it describes as .pif. It also says it has removed it. When I run AVG again, however, there it is. Every time. I have tried turning off system restore but this makes no difference. I also tried Trend's Housecall. It didn't pick up any viruses.

Can anyone tell me what's going on. I'm a bit confused by this.
