Hi,
I am running windows xp pro I have just installed virtualbox and installed another copy of xp pro in virtualbox.I chose NAT when given the choice on a network and I am up on the net which is great.
The problem is this I chose automatically assign an ip address to the xp on virtualbox the ip address it has assigned me is
ip = 10.0.2.15
gateway = 10.0.2.2
mask = 255.255.255.0

Unfortunately the rest of my networked computers are on the network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.128

This is my setup
cable modem attached to linksys wrt54g wireless broadband router Linksys router has ip of 192.168.1.1
My linksys router attached to cisco router which has an ip of 192.168.1.2 attached to a cisco switch which is the gateway ip address of 192.168.1.129 and all pcs are attached to the switch.You can see my setup at this link here

All I want to achieve is setup dreamweaver on the virtualbox to reach my web server.as they are not on the same network address I don't know how.I have been doing some reading on vpn to create a tunnel from my virtual xp box to the webserver.
Any suggestions ??
Regards Nige.

Do yourself a favour and use VMWare Server instead.
