Virgin ( NonCable ) Emails

Is anyone having problems with Virgin Non Cable Emails.
I have five Email addresses which all stopped working yesterday for a couple of hours then all returned to normal.
Later in the afternoon two of the five stopped receiving mail and remain in that state.

All five can send mail but only three receive mail.

The Website shows no problems.

I've given up trying to get to talk to someone on the phone to get some help / advice so thought I'd ask if any forumites had similar problems

If you check their service anouncement page, click here you will see that yet agian they have problems with email and webmail.

Thanks for that -- when I looked this morning nothing was showing as beingt wrong -- all were green.

I don't understand why 3 of my 5 accounts work and the other 2 won't though

Mine's the same as it was last time round, just a couple of accounts wouldn't download.

I've been unable to retrieve mail from my "virgin.net" account for over 24 hours now. A friend I visited today has no problem with his "virgin.net" account, so it may be related to the particular POP3 server(s) that a mailbox is hosted on.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
