good day
please can some one help.. i upgraded to 10gm in march from 4mg. i was getting the 4 via my set top box but with the upgrade had to have a modem fitted. to be honest it dosn't seem any faster with the upgrade. have checked using broadband genie speed checker and it confirms what i thought. have been on to virgin god knows how many times but they just fob me off saying all is ok. is there a sure way of finding out what my speed is...thanks for your time.
regards phil

Comes up as 9210.6, likely 10Mb, which it is. Nice to know ! Roll on 20Mb !

It is safe to delete Braodband Medic but I wouldn't go getting rid of other NTL folders if you don't know what they are for.
