Viewing my Entire Network

I have 2 PC's set up on a peer-peer network, both running ME. However, I have never been able to view my entire network under network places. Is there a reason for this?

Have you set the firewall (assume you use one) to allow them to see each other?

Have you allowed file sharing?

I am running Norton Internet Security 2003 and I do have File/Printer sharingenabled........

Hope this helps you to help me :-)

kentylad I had a similar problem I could see both machines on the client machine but only one maching on the host I disabled the firewall on the host as it was automatically set to enabled in XP after doing this I had no problem in seeing the full network on both machines.

I can see the logic, however I am sharing BB over the netowrk between the two PC's and correct me if i'm wrong, but if i were to disable the firewall then both computers would come under threat? (I have no router)

Kind regards

Nick
