video grabber problems

I am not sure where to post this but I connected up a zone video grabber via the vhs video recorder
but I cannot figure how to connect the phono cable to the video, I tried the yellow red and white sockets at the front but they must only be for putting into the video,I want to know where to connect it to pull it off a tape and into the grabber,anyone know what I should look for ???

The VHS output will be via Scart, so you need a Scart to composite converter. These are generally enable composite input to Scart output. You need on whih operates in reverse. Switchable versions are available which can operate in both directions. An example is click here

Thanks lads very helpfull, I have ordered a switchable scart to phono adaptor as I need to go out from scart to phono which go's to the grabber
