Is there a program that will repair "broken" downloaded Videos? I have been using Replay Media Capture for ages to capture streaming Video - using VLC to watch. Just recently, however, the downloaded files although showing the full length and playing time just suddenly stop, maybe halfway or threequarters of the way through.(On one player, not VLC, I noticed it said Buffer Empty)

I should have said that most of the files are in FLV format but some are in AVI or Divx

Try this click here but if video is damaged it might not do it.

Thanx, will give it a shot, tried DivFix++ with no luck.

Failed! Converted AVI to WMV but it only converted 8 minutes out of 43 - up to the point where the file is apparently broken.

I uninstalled the latest version and went back to the previous version, redownloaded the file and it worked perfectly! not all new versions are better it seems!
