Hi all,Have just tried to send a short video clip.Unfortunately the e/mail was bounced back to me as it was too big.Is there a way to reduce it in size so it can be sent ok.The video was approx 8mb.
Try compressing the video, here is a tutorial on Youtube click here
Window movie maker will also do this. It is probably already on your PC. The output is a wmv file which will play on almost all PC`s using windows media player.
I've used photobucket and provided the link in the email. click here
rdave13: I would imagine that Photobucket have a maximum file size or length for videos. Do you know what it is?.
anchorStandard PB accepts video up to 5 mins.PB Pro ( to which I subscribe) accepts up to 9 mins 59 secs.Pro costs about a tenner a year I think. It also gives you a storage of 5gb.
P.S.I have about 1300 photos/videos and only used 12% so far.I find it excellent.
As I recall, YouTube allow a maximum video play time of 10 mins.I have one of mine on there that plays for 10mins-15secs.
I took anchors advice and used Windows movie maker.Managed to load it ok and I,ve had a confirmation e/mail from the recipient to say all was ok.Thankyou all for your fast+knowledgeablereplies.I will now close this post.
