Video driver problem

How do I find out what video driver I need as I don't seem to have one installed because of reinstalling Windows. And my display driver is set at default. My computer information is;

AMD Sempron(tm) 2800+
2.00GHz, 224MB of RAM
OS Windows XP Pro
Sytem Manufacturer
System Model 7VM33M-RZ
System Type X86

have you got a seperate graphics card or is it onboard graphics.

With that SIW there doesn't seem to be anything in the video section under hardware

VGA Controller VIA Technologies Inc KM400 Graphics Adapter

It says this in the hardware section for VGA Controller. Don't know if any of this helps.

It looks as though its onboard graphics.
