Dear All,
I've just purchased a Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P computer and i would like to be able to connect my JVC HR-S7500EK VCR to it to enable me to capture analogue video to my computer and then burn them to DVD. The computer has a choice of firewire and USB2, and also a spare PCI slot. The VCR has S video out and edit connectors. Could you please suggest a product that would enable me to do this, and a supplier.
Many thanks,
Len Scott

If your s-video out and phono out have a look at the Pinnacle Dazzle Range but shop around as prices vary.
Also make sure what accessory cables are included as Dazzle were a bit mean on this front.

Browse their site for info on the range click here

I would make sure that anything you but will capture at a decent resolution. Cheaper models will capture at a poor quality and if your PC is not very powerful software based systems might struggle and you will end up dropping frames. If you have a decent powered PC a DVC 90 might do the trick on a budget
