ViaVoice 10 Pro USB Edition & XP Pro

Here's another one - I have used many versions of ViaVoice successfully over the years. However I now have a new powerful pc and I've put ViaVoice 10 from my old (4yrs) machine on and I am now getting a series of blue screen crashes which indicate a driver is at fault. When its up and running ViaVoice works perfectly, it appears to be other progs which must use the same driver which cannot function and cause the crash. I've sent an enquiry to MS to try to ascertain whether there is a known problem of incompatibility (IBM's site does not appear to support such queries). I'll report if i find a solution since it may help others.

What text comes up with the blue screen? It might be worth posting that info here.
