Viagra Email Trojan

Hi,
I have a PC that seems to be infected with a trojan that causes outlook express to send out spam emails with links to a website that sells viagra!
I am using Windows XP SP3 and have tried AVG antivirus, spybot search and destroy and lavasoft adaware to try and clear it out.
Does anybody have any idea how to remove it? Would installing windows live mail take care of the problem? - even just knowing the name of the trojan might help me to search online and remove it.
Thank you.

Update and run Malwarebytes to see if it finds any problems.

Do you have copies of the sent emails in your Sent Items folder in Outlook Express? If not then your email address and contacts list have probably been harvested, and trying to detect malware may have no effect. But certainly a good idea to run a check - and time I think to change your login password.

Thanx Buteman - but I have tried that.

Create a dummy non working e-mail address in your address book then if an infection is spamming from your account the dummy one will always bounce back into your inbox, and since you know it is a dummy and would never use it, you will have proof positive of an infection and at this point be sure to change your mail password to a stronger one

Cheers HC

In message tab of Outlook express there is a "block sender" option, this has stopped all viagra and cheap watches e-mails to me.
Just need to do it once for every site that pops up, don't forget to delete from address book if you have automatic collect on.

These are not incoming messages - they are being sent from Grantrh's account.
