Very old Toshiba laptop and USB support

I have been given a very old Toshiba 300ct laptop from a mate and it doesn't have an operating system at present. It hasn't even got a CDROM drive, just the ancient 3.5" floppy, can't remember the last time I used one! Anyway, I am gonna install Windows 95 from a set of 23 floppies and new COA purchased from eBay. The laptop has a USB1 port, but I think the 95 on floppies isn't OSR2, so it won't support it. Is there a update anywhere that will allow USB support?? I cannot find OSR2 on floppies anywhere otherwise I would have purchased that! As always, any help very much appreciated.
