Good morning - I recently updated my browser to IE9 and I now have a problem that I can't solve.
I have my main bank account with Nationwide and when I use my debit card online to buy something, I have to use the "Verified By Visa" system to authorize the purchase, this is a Nationwide security check.
This worked perfectly until I updated to IE9, now it doesn't. The process of verification doesn't complete and sticks at the "processing" stage. Nationwide have been unable to advise me on this problem.
This problem does not occur if I use Chrome or Firefox.
