Using SCSI as external drives

A machine that I use for Graphics work as dies with a motherboard fault.

It is a SCSI machine and has two hard drives.

In the past when loading Windows, it asked for specific SCSI drivers rather than the default selection in Windows.

I intend to try to access these drives as externals

I have located two ways of doing this-

1 is to get a SCSI to USB cable connector

2 is to acquire a SCSI to PCI card,

Which is going to be the best way? also in doing this will there be access problem with regard the need for Win driver?

Probably USB may be best way. I don't think you should have any driver problem.
