USB Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

I have a new Logitech MK300 Wireless keyboard and mouse which is working correctly when connected to my Windows 7 PC. However, I also use a RISC OS PC which has a Simtec USB Card fitted and to which the MK300 is connected. Up to about 3 weeks ago I had a PCLine wireless keyboard and mouse (from PC World) connected to my RISCPC for about 12 months, but it decided to die and had to be replaced, hence the Mk300.

I now find that at boot-up of the RISC PC I may or may not have both a working keyboard and mouse, usually it is just the keyboard which is functioning, if I then remove the USB plug from the socket and re-plug it the mouse will also work.

I am certain that the Logitech receiver is recognised by the USB card and both devices are also listed in the USB Devices information.

I know this is not a Windows PC problem but can anyone out there help please?

I should have added that I am unable to find a way to get both to work at boot up without removing the USB lead and replugging it.
