What one should you buy ?.
Are they standard ?
Is it worth paying a few pounds extra ?.
i.e type of wire used ?.

Any recommendation's !.

I wanted two & saw them in Ebuyer at £o.85 each.Didn't buy there as they seemed too cheap.

Hi, They are standard at one end but the other end may differ between different equipment ie. a camera connection may differ from a scanner connection. Cheers, Bill

a cable's a cable in my opinion. go for the cheapest unless you're doing fast data transfer with it

billyliv.I found that most came with an A connector at one end & B at the other.Maplin have a good range of adaptors that will fit almost anything.

They should be approved cables but most of the time you won't have a problem. Have bought the cheapest from ebuyer in the past and had no problems using them with scanners or printers.

Digital cameras tend to have a small usb connection not the normal one as used by printers/scanners
