I'm trying to use a url parameter to draw content from a database. This is usually no problem, but I would like to use one of the url values as a wildcard and this is something I haven't had to do before.
It's php / mySQL and the url I want would be something like this:
so that the records returned are all those from section 6 for example.
I want to do it this way so I only need to change the url query and not the page mypage.php. Currently mypage.php has a recordset which collects all records from 'section' and 'type' depending on the url. There are two different variables in 'type' and I can easily get results for &type=1 and &type=2, but I want to write a url that will give me records for both.
Anyone any ideas?
